Second Seminar of Prishtina School of Politics 2021 Generation

PIPS held the Second Seminar for the School of Politics 19th generation during 21-23 May.

This seminar was a combination of discussions with experts on the impact of political ideology on public policy and exchange between participants.

Participants got to learn more about left and right ideological views on economics and social policy; had multifaceted discussions on state intervention and free market approach; and worked together to come up with the reasoning and argumentation to defend their positions on policy proposals chosen from our experts.

Diskutim mbi Reformën e Sistemit të Inspektimeve në Kosovë

Më 11 Maj PIPS mbajti diskutimin për reformën e sistemit të inspektimeve në vend, ku morrën pjesë përfaqësues nga inspektoratet, ministritë përgjegjëse dhe shoqëria civile.

Gjatë kësaj ngjarje u prezantua analiza e PIPS si dhe u mbajt një diskutim mes pjesëmarrësve dhe panelistëve rreth aspekteve ligjore të reformës, kontekstit të tanishëm dhe pengesat e inspektorateve në lidhje me zbatimin e reformës.

First seminar of the School of Politics 2021 was held

The 19th generation of the Prishtina School of Politics held its first seminar on March 19-21.

The lecturers in this seminar were: Gëzim Visoka, Vjosa Musliu, Fisnik Korenica, Adri Nurellari, Ermal Hasmija, Ramadan Ilazi and Gëzim Krasniqi.

Closing event of the eighteenth generation of the Prishtina School for Political Studies

PIPS has held the closing event for the eighteenth generation of the School for Political Studies. On this occasion, thirty participants have been certified for the completion of the cycle of School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe.

PIPS ka hapur thirrjen për aplikime për praktikantë/e me pagesë. Puna praktike është part-time (20 orë në javë) për 2 muaj (me pajtimin e dy palëve mund të zgjatet).

Praktikantët do të angazhohen në:
- Organizimin dhe pjesëmarrjen në aktivitete që zhvillohen në kuadër të programeve të PIPS
- Asistencë në hulumtim dhe shpërndarjen e informacionit dhe publikimeve të prodhuara nga organizata
- Mbarëvajtjen e punëve administrative të zyrës

Publication and discussion event on Rationalization of Independent Agencies and Regulators in Kosovo

On July 7, the Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) published the policy analysis "Rationalization of Independent Agencies and Regulators in Kosovo". The analysis drafted after a period of several months of research provides an overview of the current situation of public administration reform, namely the implementation of the rationalization of independent, executive and regulatory agencies.
