Monitoring Report - Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo

This study aims to provide an overview of the progress of ERA implementation, with a focus on its current and expected results. Therefore, this study aims to look closely at how specific parts of the agreement are being implemented in practice. As part of this project, this study aims to provide an overview of the progress of this reform and its implementation, with a particular focus on the Employment Agency, arising from point 3 of part III (Employment and education) of the ERA document, Signed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Oce of the European Union (EU). The data for this publication were obtained through the collection of data and documents, as well as semi-structured interviews with EARK ocials.

The publication covers: a section on the organizational structure and functioning of the EARK is provided, with reference to the legal basis and policy documents; the Agency's 2019 budget; achieving tangible results, especially through active labor market measures. The concluding section provides a summary of the publication and aspects that need to be addressed for further improvement of the EARK.

The document provides a comprehensive overview of the actions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, including internal reforms, engagement with the diaspora and initiatives for economic and cultural diplomacy. Through the analysis of partnerships with countries in the region, Europe, the US and beyond, the report aims to provide a clear overview of Kosovo’s achievements and obstacles on the international stage during this period.
