Me qëllim rritjen e transparencës dhe fuqizimin e zyrtarëve lokalë në përputhje me Reformën e Administratës Publike, përmes anketës së fundit kemi identifikuar sfidat që qytetarët hasin në përdorimin e uebsajtit të komunës. Anketa gjithashtu reflekton nivelin e kënaqësisë së qytetarëve me shërbimet online dhe mënyrat se si do të preferonin të informoheshin për këto shërbime.

Meqenësë projekti synon të rrisë transparencën dhe të fuqizojë zyrtarët në përputhje me Reformën e Administratës Publike duke krijuar një manual për përdorimin e uebsajtit që adreson nevojat e qytetarëve dhe përmirëson qasjen në shërbime, përmes pyetësorit të realizuar, ne kemi arritur të identfikojmë problemet e qytetarëve në përdorimin e website-it të komunës së Suharekës.

Prodhuar në kuadër të projektit “WeBER 3.0” për Reformën e Administratës Publike të Ballkanit Perëndimor. WeBER zbatohet nga Think of Europe Network – TEN dhe Qendra për Kërkime në Administratën Publike – KDZ. PIPS është një nga përfituesit e WeBER 3.0 brenda Local PAR Citizen Engagement Small Grant Facility 2024/2025.

The Energy Strategy of the Republic of Kosovo was approved by the Assembly of Kosovo on March 8, 2023.

This Strategy aims to address current challenges and lay the foundations for a future energy sector that will provide security of supply, clean energy, energy efficiency and active citizen participation. The strategy includes the integration of the electricity system of Kosovo in the regional and pan-European market, with special emphasis on the use of renewable energy sources (RE) and close cooperation with the Republic of Albania.
In this context, the monitoring report serves as an essential tool, providing a comprehensive assessment of the progress of the implementation of the strategy for the year 2024 (including the years 2022 and 2023). Therefore, PIPS is continuing to monitor the strategy, and this report is the second part of the monitoring report series, covering all outstanding measures of 2022 and 2023, as well as all measures of 2024.

The report aims to assess achievements and identify challenges during these years of strategy implementation.

Ky raport ofron një analizë të shkurtër të politikës së jashtme të Kosovës përgjatë vitit 2023, deri më 15 shkurt 2024. Qëllimi i këtij raporti është të dokumentojë të zhvillimet, sfidat dhe objektivat strategjike të Kosovës në lidhje me politiken e jashtme. Të dhënat e mbledhura përfshijnë deklaratat zyrtare të qeverisë, të dhënat e takimeve diplomatike dhe analizat e angazhimeve ndërkombëtare.

Kapitujt më detajisht flasin për marrëdhëniet bilaterale apo dypalëshe, njohjen diplomatike dhe anëtarësimin në organizatat ndërkombëtare, integrimin euroatlantik, dialogun për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve me Serbinë, si dhe performancën e MPJD-së së Kosovës gjatë vitit 2023.

The Prishtina Institute for Political Studies has published the Monitoring Report: Energy Strategy of the Republic of Kosovo 2022-2031, for the period 2023. The report was made within the project 'Increasing public accountability in the process of European integration', in cooperation with the FOL Movement, supported by the MATRA program, which is financed by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Kosovo. The monitored measures are the measures taken from the Kosovo Energy Strategy for the period 2022 and 2023. The report aims to evaluate achievements and identify challenges during the years 2022 and 2023 of the implementation of the strategy.

PIPS seeks a skilled videographer/video editor for our School of Politics Program. The role will involve producing high-quality videos of seminars and interviews. These videos will be shared on our website, social media, and public events.

This call is made possible by the project that PIPS is implementing (Building Bridges of Accountability: The Path to Reconciliation) supported by the EU regional funded project “EU Support to Confidence Building in the Western Balkans", and implemented by UNDP.
