The Annual Review of Kosovo's Foreign Policy (2024-25) reflects the main developments in bilateral relations, efforts for new diplomatic recognitions, advancement in Euro-Atlantic integration processes, and ongoing challenges in the dialogue with Serbia, during the reporting period 1 January 2024 to 15 March 2025.

The report addresses developments in bilateral relations with key partners, efforts to secure new diplomatic recognitions, as well as progress and blockages on the path to Euro-Atlantic integration. The report also analyzes the latest stages of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and its implications for domestic and international processes. A special section is dedicated to the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, including its institutional reforms, the expansion of diplomatic missions to different continents, as well as initiatives for economic and cultural diplomacy. Through this publication, a clear overview of Kosovo's challenges, achievements and prospects on the international stage is provided, serving as an important guide for policymakers, diplomats and the general public.

On July 7, the Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) published the policy analysis "Rationalization of Independent Agencies and Regulators in Kosovo". The analysis drafted after a period of several months of research provides an overview of the current situation of public administration reform, namely the implementation of the rationalization of independent, executive and regulatory agencies.
