OP-ED "Derogimi i të drejtave të njeriut gjatë pandemisë"

Kur bota po kalonte krizën më të rëndë të shëndetit publik, vëmendja u kthye kah ndërmarrja e masave preventive.
Ky OP-ED shtjellon masat e ndërmarrua gjatë pandemisë në përpuethshmëri me të drejtat e njeriut dhe se si në raste të krizave publike si ajo e shkaktuar nga COVID-19, e drejta për jetë dhe e drejta për shëndet, racionalisht mbizotërojnë mbi të drejtat e tjera.

Ky artikull është shkruar në kuadër të projektit “Rritja e reagimit të institucioneve të Kosovës në
adresimin e pasojave socio-ekonomike dhe politike të COVID-19, përmes prodhimit të
rekomandimeve të politikave të bazuara në prova”, mbështetur nga Balkan Trust for Democracy,
Projekt Fondi Gjerman Marshall i Shteteve të Bashkuara dhe USAID.

Opinionet e shprehura në këtë botim nuk përfaqësojnë domosdosmërisht ato të Fondit Ballkanik
për Demokraci, Fondit Gjerman Marshall të SHBA-së, USAID-it apo Qeverisë së SHBA-së.

Discussion and publication of the analysis on the second phase of rationalization of agencies and regulators in Kosovo

On November 25, PIPS published the analysis on the second phase of rationalization of agencies and regulators in Kosovo. Together with representatives from key institutions involved in this reform - the assembly, the ministry of public administration and the agencies we discussed the opportunities for the second phase.

As part of the political priorities agreed between Kosovo and the EU in 2016, for the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, the implementation of the first phase of this reform has not been completed, and consequently there are delays in the implementation of the second phase, which according to the action plan for the implementation of the whole reform, was intended to be completed by the end of this year.
