Diskutim mbi Reformën e Sistemit të Inspektimeve në Kosovë
Më 11 Maj PIPS mbajti diskutimin për reformën e sistemit të inspektimeve në vend, ku morrën pjesë përfaqësues nga inspektoratet, ministritë përgjegjëse dhe shoqëria civile.

Gjatë kësaj ngjarje u prezantua analiza e PIPS si dhe u mbajt një diskutim mes pjesëmarrësve dhe panelistëve rreth aspekteve ligjore të reformës, kontekstit të tanishëm dhe pengesat e inspektorateve në lidhje me zbatimin e reformës.

Z. Rexhep Bllaca nga Departamenti Ligjor i Ministrisë së Industrisë, Ndërmarrësisë dhe Tregtisë tregoi se projektligji për inspektimet ka qenë i gatshëm në Janar 2021, sic ka qenë në 2019 por për shkak të rënieve të qeverive është vonuar kaq shumë miratimi i tij. Ai tha se në fazën e dytë të reformës parashihet të bëhet rishikimi dhe harmonizimi i rreth 130 ligjeve.

Z. Naser Shamolli nga Grupi për Studime Juridike dhe Politike foli për rëndësinë e përpilimit dhe miratimit të një plani konkret me detyra dhe afate të qarta dhe realiste për zbatimin e kësaj reforme, përkundër tendencës që të synohen afate jorealiste prej 1 viti për të rregulluar të gjitha çështjet e një reforme kaq komplekse.

Në ndërkohë shumë përfaqësues të inspektorateve u kyçën në diskutim duke shprehur gatishmërinë e tyre për koordinim ndërmjet inspektorateve dhe institucioneve kyçe siç kanë bërë deri më tani, apo edhe shqetësimin e tyre për pamundësinë e rishikimit dhe harmonizimit të rreth 130 ligjeve me ligjin që pritet të hyn në fuqi.

Ky aktivitet u organizua me mbështetjen e Fondacionit Kosovar për Shoqëri të Hapur.

On July 7, the Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) published the policy analysis "Rationalization of Independent Agencies and Regulators in Kosovo". The analysis drafted after a period of several months of research provides an overview of the current situation of public administration reform, namely the implementation of the rationalization of independent, executive and regulatory agencies.

OPEN CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL FOR POLITICAL STUDIES 2021

Prishtina School for Political Studies has opened the call for application for the admission of candidates for the nineteenth generation (19).

School for Political Studies is one of the first non-formal political education programs in Kosovo and the oldest program that is still active. School for Political Studies has been implemented by the Prishtina Institute for Political Studies since 2003 through the support of the Council of Europe.

The aim of the program is to promote a new political culture for young leaders in line with the three key principles of the Council of Europe: democracy, rule of law and human rights. Throughout a year 30 participants coming from political parties, media, civil society, public administration etc. have the opportunity to attend modules with lectures from eminent local and international speakers. The program is currently implemented in 22 different countries around the world and graduates are certified by the Council of Europe and the Secretary General of this organization.
