Between 31th of May and 1-2 June School for Political Studies held the Seminar on Foreign Policy and National Security. This Seminar was focused on aspects of international law, theories of IR, WB’s integration into EU, bilateral relations in the region, Kosovo’s multilateral integration, security aspects that relate to KSF’s transition and Kosovo’s integration into NATO and dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. Lecturers in this seminar were Blerim Reka, Gjylieta Mushkolaj, Mark Baskin, Veton Surroi, Sabri Kiçmari, Fatmir Limaj dhe Enver Hasani.
On July 7, the Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) published the policy analysis "Rationalization of Independent Agencies and Regulators in Kosovo". The analysis drafted after a period of several months of research provides an overview of the current situation of public administration reform, namely the implementation of the rationalization of independent, executive and regulatory agencies.
The second seminar of the School for Political Studies was held from July 21-23 and July 28-30. Over the course of six days the participants participated in lectures by public policy experts in the areas of political ideology and its effects on public policy.
School for Political Studies has held an online lecture & discussion with Dr. Gëzim Visoka on the topic "Peace through mutual recognition: The current situation in Kosovo and future opportunities".
On 15 July School for Political Studies held a discussion with Mr. Shpend Ahmeti, Mayor of the Municipality of Prishtina on the topic of "Effects of the pandemic on the Kosovar economy".
