Instituti i Prishtinës për Studime Politike (PIPS), Akademia e Studimeve Politike (ASP), Komuna Suharekë dhe Bashkia Kurbin organizuan konferencën përmbyllëse të projektit “Rruga drejt përdorimit efiqient vendor të burimeve natyrore”, që u mbajt të premten, më 13 dhjetor. Ky projekt është pjesë e Programit IPA II për bashkëpunim ndërkufitar Shqipëri-Kosovë.

Gjatë konferencës, u prezantuan rezultatet e arritura gjatë dy viteve të implementimit të projektit, me fokus në përmirësimin e efikasitetit energjetik dhe adresimin e sfidave klimatike.

The Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) in cooperation with Demo Finland, hosted a delegation of young Finnish politicians, graduates of the Democracy Academy in Finland, for a study visit with the aim of fostering dialogue and exchange of experiences between Kosovo and Finland. This visit provided a platform to explore the challenges and opportunities for political participation among young people in Kosovo by sharing Finnish experiences of multi-party cooperation.

Më 25 nëntor 2024, Instituti i Prishtinës për Studime Politike (PIPS), në bashkëpunim me Institutin Aziatik të Diplomacisë dhe Çështjeve Ndërkombëtare (AIDIA) dhe Ministrinë e Punëve të Jashtme dhe Diasporës së Kosovës organizuan forumin “Dialogu i Prishtinës – Ballkani dhe Azia e Jugut” , e cila u mbështet financiarisht nga Fondacioni i Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur (KFOS).

Ky event i nivelit të lartë mblodhi për herë të parë aktorë kryesorë, politikëbërës, liderë, përfaqësues të shoqërisë civile dhe media nga Kosova dhe Azia e Jugut (India, Nepali, Bangladeshi, dhe Shri Lanka) për të diskutuar mundësitë dhe sfidat e përbashkëta në fushën e demokracisë, bashkëpunimit rajonal dhe zhvillimit ekonomik.

During this weekend, from 4th to 6th October, the 5th seminar took place, marking the final seminar for the 22nd generation of the PIPS School of Politics. The theme of this seminar was "Political Communication, Disinformation, and Participation," which focused more on group work and practical topics.

This weekend, from 20 to 22 September, we held the 4th PIPS Policy School Seminar with the 22nd generation, which had the theme 'Sustainable Development - Policies, Institutions, and Governance'. The seminar had lectures and discussions about the economy, sustainable development and effective governance for the progress of Kosovo.

The seminar brought interesting topics to the participants, where they had the opportunity to explore different development models with Mr. Adri Nurellari and new perspectives on the economy with Mr. Edison Jakurti. We also discussed the importance of effective governance for economic growth with Mr. Shpend Ahmeti, and the key role of the rule of law in economic development with Mr. Dastid Pallaska.

Other sessions highlighted Kosovo's path towards EU integration and regional cooperation, with valuable insights from Mr. Artan Çollaku and Mrs. Sytrime Dervisholli, as well as the importance of non-formal education and ICT in Kosovo by Mr. Shpend Lila.
