Dialogu i Prishtinës: Ballkani dhe Azia e Jugut, e mbajtur më 25 nëntor 2024, në Prishtinë, shënoi një moment të rëndësishëm në rrugën e Kosovës drejt bashkëpunimit ndërrajonal. Organizuar nga Instituti i Prishtinës për Studime Politike (PIPS) në partneritet me Institutin Aziatik për Diplomaci dhe Çështje Ndërkombëtare (AIDIA), me mbështetje financiare nga Fondacioneve të Shoqërisë së Hapur - Ballkanin Perëndimor (OSF-WB) dhe mbështetje koordinuese nga Ministria e Punëve të Jashtme dhe Diaspora e Kosovës. (MPJD), ngjarja ofroi një platformë unike për të eksploruar sfidat dhe mundësitë e përbashkëta të Kosovës dhe Azisë Jugore (Bangladesh, Indi, Nepal, Pakistan dhe Shri Lanka) ndërmjet këtyre rajoneve të ndryshme.

Konferenca u përqëndrua në tre tema të ndërlidhura, qeverisjen demokratike, diplomacinë ekonomike dhe rolin e aktorëve joshtetërorë.

Ky dokument i shkurtër përmbledh të gjeturat kryesore nga ky aktivitet, të organizuara rreth tre shtyllave kryesore: qeverisja demokratike, diplomacia ekonomike dhe roli i aktorëve jo-shtetërorë në nxitjen e bashkëpunimit. Dokumenti ofron rekomandime praktike për politikëbërësit dhe akterët e tjerë të përfshirë, me synim forcimin e marrëdhënieve ndërrajonale dhe pozicionimin e Kosovës si një akter aktiv në arenën ndërkombëtare.

Prishtina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) - Organisational Strategy 2025-2030

The Prishtina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) presents its Organizational Strategy 2025–2030 at a critical moment for Kosovo’s democratic development. Amid growing political polarization, social fragmentation, and geopolitical uncertainty, the strategy reaffirms PIPS’ role as a trusted, independent platform for political education, dialogue, and leadership development.

Building on over two decades of experience and a strong alumni network of more than 700 young professionals, PIPS will focus on strengthening inclusive leadership, fostering collaboration across divides, and promoting constructive political dialogue. The strategy places particular emphasis on youth engagement, social cohesion, interparty dialogue, and evidence-based policymaking as key drivers for a democratic, peaceful, and inclusive Kosovo.

Through its flagship School of Politics, expanded alumni initiatives, and structured dialogue platforms, PIPS aims to counter polarization, support accountable governance, and contribute meaningfully to Kosovo’s European integration path over the next five years.

Policy Briefs - School of Politics 2025 (23rd Generation)

These three policy briefs, developed by the School of Politics – Generation 23, address some of Kosovo’s most pressing challenges: leveraging the EU Growth Plan as a catalyst for reforms and European integration, addressing the decline of youth political engagement beyond elections, and countering hate speech and disinformation targeting women in the digital and public sphere. Together, they provide evidence-based analysis and concrete recommendations to strengthen governance, civic participation, and gender equality.

Annual Review of Kosovo's Foreign Policy (2024-25)

The Annual Review of Kosovo's Foreign Policy (2024-25) reflects the main developments in bilateral relations, efforts for new diplomatic recognitions, advancement in Euro-Atlantic integration processes, and ongoing challenges in the dialogue with Serbia, during the reporting period 1 January 2024 to 15 March 2025.

The document provides a comprehensive overview of the actions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, including internal reforms, engagement with the diaspora and initiatives for economic and cultural diplomacy. Through the analysis of partnerships with countries in the region, Europe, the US and beyond, the report aims to provide a clear overview of Kosovo’s achievements and obstacles on the international stage during this period.

RAPORTI I KATËRT MONITORUES: STRATEGJIA E ENERGJISË E REPUBLIKËS SË KOSOVËS 2022-2031 (PERIUDHA 2024)

Instituti i Prishtinës për Studime Politike ka publikuar Raportin e Katërt Monitorues: Strategjia e Energjisë e Republikës së Kosovës 2022-2031, për periudhën 2025 (duke përfshirë edhe masat e paplotësuara të viteve paraprake). Raporti është bërë në kuadër të projektit ‘Rritja e llogaridhënies publike në procesin e integrimit evropian’, në bashkëpunim me Lëvizja FOL, i mbështëtur nga programi MATRA, i cili financohet nga Ambasada e Mbretërisë së Holandës në Kosovë.
